Converter magnesia carbon bricks are designed and manufactured according to different usage parts and conditions of the converter. They are mainly made of high-purity, high-density, electric melted large crystalline magnesia sand and high-purity graphite, with appropriate amounts of antioxidants added. Phenolic resin is used as a binder and produced through high-pressure molding process.

This product is mainly used in the lining of the converter, in direct contact with molten steel and slag, and has the advantages of high strength, strong slag resistance, good thermal shock stability, and high refractoriness. Select different grades of magnesia carbon bricks for different parts of the furnace according to the smelting conditions.
