The converter permeable brick is a composite type of metal tube magnesia carbon brick. The ventilation duct is made of heat-resistant stainless steel pipes (diameter 3 × 1 or diameter 4 × 1), and the number of steel pipes ranges from 10 to 100 according to the size of the brick. The substrate is made of excellent magnesia carbon bricks, which are synchronized with the service life of the furnace bottom. Due to the large number of steel pipes, it has a high blowing rate and airflow stability under reasonable use, which can meet the requirements of top and bottom blowing in the converter.
