Electric furnace magnesia carbon bricks are designed and manufactured according to different usage parts and conditions of the electric furnace. They are mainly made of high-purity, high-density fused magnesia sand or large crystalline fused magnesia sand, high-purity graphite, etc., with an appropriate amount of antioxidants added. Phenolic resin is used as a binder and high-pressure formed.

This product is mainly used in the lining of electric furnaces, in direct contact with molten steel and slag, and has the advantages of high strength, strong slag resistance, good thermal shock stability, and high fire resistance. Select different grades of magnesia carbon bricks for different parts of the furnace according to the smelting conditions.
