During the electric furnace smelting process, the filler at the contact area with the molten steel forms a sintered layer, preventing the molten steel from penetrating downwards. The unsintered filler under the sintering layer can smoothly flow out when the pallet is opened for steelmaking, and with the help of the pressure of the molten steel, the sintering layer is broken through to achieve the purpose of automatic pouring.

The steel outlet filler produced by the company has the characteristics of non floating, high self opening rate, easy operation, safe use, and no pollution of molten steel, making it suitable for electric furnace steel outlets.
