Magnesia carbon bricks are mainly made of high-purity, high-density fused magnesia or large crystalline fused magnesia, high-purity graphite as raw materials, with appropriate amount of antioxidants added, phenolic resin as binder, and produced by high-pressure molding process.

This product is mainly used in working areas such as the slag line, molten pool, and bottom of the ladle, which can significantly improve the service life of the ladle, especially when applied to the slag line, its service life can be significantly higher than other refractory materials. This product has the advantages of high strength, good slag resistance, good thermal shock stability, and high fire resistance. Different grades of magnesia carbon bricks can be selected according to different smelting conditions and steel grades.
