Intermediate package dry vibration material is a new type of intermediate package working lining material developed in recent years. The product is designed with particle size distribution based on the principle of tight packing, using excellent magnesia sand as the main raw material, and developed using low-temperature combined technology.

This product is dry formed, with fast construction and a smooth surface after construction, which can effectively reduce the pollution of the working layer material of the intermediate package to the molten steel. The construction process of this product does not add water, which can greatly shorten the time required for baking the intermediate package, thereby reducing fuel consumption. It is a promising new type of intermediate lining material that can replace intermediate coating and insulation board.

Our intermediate package dry material series products can meet the requirements of a service life of 8 hours to 56 hours. It has been successfully applied in more than 20 steel enterprises such as Laigang, Shagang, Xingcheng Special Steel, Jiyuan Steel Plant, Baosteel, and Benxi Iron and Steel.

In addition, the low-carbon and carbon free dry material series products of Zhongbao can meet the service life requirements of 8-15 hours and have been successfully applied in steel mills such as Shagang and Handan Iron and Steel. This product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Commission in 2007.
